16oz/500gm cooked salmon
¾ cup almond meal
2 large eggs
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 TBS cilantro, minced
1 TBS green onion, minced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 TBS fresh lime juice
2 TBS olive oil

In a large bowl combine salmon, almond meal, eggs, bell peppers, cilantro, onions, salt, cumin, and lime juice. Form mixture into patties. Heat oil over medium high heat. Cook patties for 4-6 minutes per side or until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and serve.
