Pretty young woman jumping on green grass

This boggles my mind:

I have women coming to me wanting an “easy button” to lose weight.

What surprises me is not that they want quick fixes.

What surprises me is that they’re smart, hardworking women who have done the work to accomplish so much in their lives.

They’ve put in the time and the work to achieve so many other things in their lives – building a successful career, having a loving family, being a valuable member of the society… just to name a few.

They know that to get what they want and be successful, they need to put in the work. Yet when it comes to their health and wellbeing, they’re hoping for the quick fix we all know doesn’t exist.

It’s probably not their fault.

All the fad diets and supplements on the market (of which most of us are “experts” in!) are selling “quick and easy.” But let me ask you – how many of those have delivered long-term and sustainable results for you?

Heart of heart, you KNOW these quick fixes don’t work. Yet you keep running in circles because you want to do something about your weight, energy and focus. After all, we know we are responsible for our health and our lives, and we have every good intention to make the most out of it.

The reason that you keep chasing these empty promises offered by fad diets and supplements is that you don’t have alternatives that work – for real, for the long run.

Here’s the cold hard truth: if you want sustained results for the rest of your life, you have to do the work. You can’t hope for a quick fix that you’d do for some 14 days, shelf it, go back to your old ways and hope for the best.

If you are serious about getting results that last – losing that last 10 kilos and keeping them off; having more energy and vitality; achieving emotional balance so you can be the best mother, wife and friend; reducing stress so you can live life to the fullest – AND you’re willing to put in the effort, you are in the right place.

When I talk about “putting in the work”, many people would say, “but I’m not sure if I have the willpower to do that.”

I don’t get it, because we HAVE the willpower to achieve so many other things in our lives! What makes losing weight different?

If you’re stuck in the place where willpower is what you think stands between you and your success with food, health and lifestyle… you are in the wrong place to begin with.

If you are on some diet plan that makes you muster up the very last drop of your willpower so you can manage to stay on it for a few weeks or a few months, and then it inevitably fizzles out… it’s NOT because you don’t have enough of it.

What if, you are barking up the wrong tree?

Willpower implies making yourself do things that you don’t want to do. How sustainable can that be? How exhausting is that? Would you want to have this kind of relationship with your health and food?

If you have “failed” in other diets, the problem is NOT your willpower:

Imagine you get into the car in the morning, turn on the ignition, press the gas… and the car doesn’t move. You keep pressing that gas pedal and the car just sits there. The problem isn’t you, you’re doing what you’re supposed to do: pressing the gas pedal.

Sure it’s frustrating. But you don’t blame yourself, do you? Something is wrong with the car, and you’ll just get the mechanic to take a look and fix the car.

Same goes for what happens between your brain and body.

If you WILL your body to keep up with you to do all the crazy weight loss thing… to take you to the gym, to survive on rabbit food that totals 1,000 calories a day, to muster up the energy you need to get through the day without seeing if fundamentally there’s something wrong with the “mechanics” of it… it’s like keeping on pressing on the gas even when the car is not moving an inch.

You can scream, bang the steering wheel and drive yourself crazy, but you are not going anywhere.

You are a smart woman, would you do that?

Your body is your engine. When your body is tired, stressed, overburdened and under-fueled, it simply can’t KEEP UP with your willpower, no matter how hard you press on the gas pedal.

Instead of blaming yourself about the car/your body, wouldn’t  it be a more sensible thing to find out what’s wrong and fix it so your body can function properly and take you where you want to go?

That’s what my approach is all about: rebalancing and recharging your body so you can tap into your power and live to your fullest potential.

It’s all about helping you generate a level of energy so you never again have to put your dreams and your desires on hold because your body can’t keep up.

The women who’ve participated in my program made the commitment to take back their health… no more excuses, no more being held back by limiting thoughts and beliefs about willpower.

The only catch is – they’ve done the work to get results, and you too will have to make the commitment.

28 Day Revitalize is not like other diets.

I’ll teach you and support you every step of the way. Because I’m heavily invested in your success and our time together, I’ll make sure you can continue to implement what we’ve learned and done together during this time for the rest of your life.

It’s not a one-way conversation. I’ll expect you to put in the time and effort if you want to succeed.
It’s exactly like your job, or your role as a mother. Would you excel if you only do them half-heartedly? Do you get a promotion or complete a project with flying colors if you only “think” about it without actually taking the concrete steps to see it through?

You have to prioritize. You have to take action and follow through.

Do your kids learn to eat, sleep and study on their own or do you have to walk them through the steps? It takes hours and days for our kids to become independent and they do because WE as mothers have invested the time to teach them.

Why is it any different with your health?

People who are successful, or moms who are great aren’t “lucky.” Same goes for healthy people. You don’t just happen to stumble upon success in any area of your life—you have to put in the work.

Look at the successes you’ve already accomplished in your life. Think about what it took to get there. You made the commitment. You put in the effort. You invested the time and it paid off. You already know the steps.

You just need to apply them to a new area of your life now — your health.

Are you ready to turn a new leaf and have your body finally support you to live your life to the fullest?

Take action now to experience a brand new YOU in 28 days, or less.
